True Shuffle - Random Music1.2 - App Store

Tired of hearing the same songs every time you hit shuffle?

True Shuffle is the music player that actually shuffles. No algorithmic bias. No weighted favourites. No repeating the same 50 tracks while hundreds collect dust. Just pure, mathematically proven randomness, every single time.

THE PROBLEM WITH NORMAL SHUFFLE

Most music apps use weighted algorithms that artificially boost your most-played songs, prioritise recently added tracks, and bury music you have not listened to in a while. The result is a shuffle that feels predictable. You have thousands of songs. You deserve to hear all of them.

THE TRUE SHUFFLE DIFFERENCE

True Shuffle uses the Fisher-Yates algorithm, the gold standard of randomisation proven mathematically sound since 1938 and used in everything from casino card shuffling to computer science. Every permutation of your song library is equally likely. Every song has exactly the same probability of playing next. No exceptions. No hidden weighting. No bias.

That song you added three years ago and forgot about has exactly the same chance of playing as your most-streamed track of the year.
